Mangalmurti Investments is a trade name for business operations carried out since 1982, not a separately registered entity. We operate under individual names. All verticals, such as Postal Agency, LIC, General Insurance, Medical Insurance, Company Deposits, Share Trading, and Mutual Fund Distribution, are conducted under individual names.

As individuals, we are registered with AMFI as Mutual Fund Distributors. Following are the details of registration:-

Mutual Fund investments are subject to market risks, read all scheme related documents carefully. The NAVs of the schemes may go up or down depending upon the factors and forces affecting the securities market including the fluctuations in the interest rates. The past performance of the mutual funds is not necessarily indicative of future performance of the schemes. The Mutual Fund is not guaranteeing or assuring any dividend under any of the schemes and the same is subject to the availability and adequacy of distributable surplus. Investors are requested to review the prospectus carefully and obtain expert professional advice with regard to specific legal, tax and financial implications of the investment/participation in the scheme. As AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributors, we deal with 'Regular' Plans of mutual fund schemes. When an investor invests in these schemes, the Distributor receives a commission. For details of these commissions, please contact us.

Under individual names mentioned above, we are affiliated with a select number of mutual fund companies/schemes. Investors may want to consider other products from different mutual fund companies before investing with us. Investors should be aware of the general and scheme-specific risks associated with mutual fund investments. These risks include, but are not limited to, the following: (1) Returns are subject to market risks, including potential capital loss due to market volatility, force majeure events, political and economic changes, issuer defaults, bankruptcy or insolvency, and possible portfolio segregation by the AMC in such circumstances. (2) Suspension of redemption facilities in case of liquidity crises within the scheme. (3) Risks related to new fund offerings, such as price volatility, liquidity risks, and delisting risks. (4) Possible winding up of schemes due to illiquid instruments, high redemption volumes, or unforeseen market events.
