It must be more than 30 years back when I started my investment journey with Mangalmurti with Post office MIS and PPF. Gradually my portfolio kept on expanding across various areas like Private FDs , Bonds and mutual funds. It took me some time to understand the value of investing in Mutual fund but with the kind of guidance provided by Mangalmurti on selecting the right fund at the right time, I am extremely satisfied with what I have today. Other two important things that Mr. Sachin convinced me go for were....Term Insurance and Mediclaim. The way he explained the importance and criticality of it , I realised that these two are integral part of your life. Also support with insurance claim was excellent. I spent my childhood in a rural or say semi urban background. My ideas on savings and investments had been very limited to traditional ways like fixed deposits, saving accounts, National Saving Certificates or at the maximum in yellow metal. I was highly hesitant to invest in the market, due to lack of knowledge as well as an over cautious way of thinking. At quite late in my career, fortunately I happened to speak with Mr. Sachin Dekhane sir who has dramatically changed my views on investments. His way of mentoring in financial investments is first to understand our current needs in a quite friendly way. His suggestions are practical, in an unbiased way.
